Carefully review the report checking that the document size corresponds to the final page size. Look for missing graphics and double check that scanned images are not scaled beyond the recommended 80%-120%. Send required XTensions and all printer and screen fonts, including those used in graphic elements, with the file. Verify that spot versus process colors have been properly defined and that all colors not used in the file have been removed from the palette.

After thoroughly checking the report, include the report with the disk and a printed disk directory (File: Print Window from the Finder) to send to the prepress/printer.
